How long does it take to charge the battery of kids scooters?
To ensure full usage of your electric scooter we recommend changing the scooter battery for at least 4 hours for full charge. Although if your child can’t wait then if you charge for less time obviously you will have a happier child but you will have to charge it more often.

How much ride time will one battery charge allow on most electric scooters for kids?
The electric scooter battery will last approx 12 Kilometres depending on the weight of the child and the incline of the surface that the kids scooter is being used on. The type of ground surface type you use scooters on can also play a factor in ride times as uneven concrete will cause more friction than say an area of Tar-Mac. We advise a flat surface for smooth ride, but you may prefer your child uses their scooter on a lawn first until they have got good at riding it before moving onto harder surfaces.

How can I store my kids electric scooter?
We suggest that your kid’s electric scooter is stored indoors in a dry place. Throughout the winter we suggest that you start up your kids scooter and charge it every month to ensure a long lifespan. You can either store the scooter folded up or ready to ride, its up to you. We would advise against using kids scooters on snow as to do would be dangerous.

Is it ok for two kids to use an electric scoter at one time?
No we do not advise for more than one child to use the kids scooter at once. The electric scooters we sell are designed for single use only and come in a range of sizes to suit different age groups. Kids scooters are ideal outdoor toys and children enjoy racing with them so you may consider buying 2 if you have two children.

Do I need to anything else to get my kids scooter working?
No, everything you need to use the kids scooter is provided in the box. We would recommend that you keep the box if you wish to transport or store it during the winter so it is protected. Typically you will receive your scooter, a scooter rechargeable battery, a batter charger, instruction manual and one or two motors.
